Each semester, we collaborated with a small group of colleagues to complete a developmental project designed to help us better understand the physical, cognitive, and social/emotional development of students in a particular grade cluster. These assignments require research and data collection in the form of classroom observations, interviews, and reading; data analysis; and reporting. In order to contextualize our research, we focus on a particular school or school district. Below you will find selected artifacts from each of the developmental projects I completed in collaboration with my NELA colleagues.
